E-Gift Cards can be purchased online and are valid only in the online store corresponding to the card's currency. (E-Gift Cards purchased on goelia.sg may have specific usage conditions. Please consult customer service for details. Note: E-Gift Cards are not valid in physical stores.)

3. Can I use discounts when purchasing an E-Gift Card?

Discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of E-Gift Cards. If your order includes other items, the discount will apply only to those items.

No, the balance remaining on the E-Gift Card does not expire after redemption.

However, the default currency of the gift card is USD, and the amount charged will be calculated based on the real-time exchange rate between the local currency and USD.
