E-Gift Cards can be purchased online and are valid only in the online store corresponding to the card's currency. (E-Gift Cards purchased on goelia.sg may have specific usage conditions. Please consult customer service for details. Note: E-Gift Cards are not valid in physical stores.)


3. Can I use discounts when purchasing an E-Gift Card?

Discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of E-Gift Cards. If your order includes other items, the discount will apply only to those items.

Yes, E-Gift Cards can be purchased for personal use or given as a gift to family and friends.


5. What should I be mindful of when gifting an E-Gift Card?

When purchasing an E-Gift Card as a gift, ensure the recipient's email address is entered correctly, as the gift card will be linked to that email. The recipient can view the card details by logging into their account or checking their email.


6. Does the balance on the E-Gift Card expire?

No, the balance remaining on the E-Gift Card does not expire after redemption.


7. What if the order exceeds the E-Gift Card balance?

If the order total exceeds the E-Gift Card balance, the card balance will be applied first, and the remaining amount can be paid with another payment method.

To check your E-Gift Card balance and transaction history, provide your gift card number to our customer service team. The balance will be shared with you after verification.


9. Can I return or exchange the E-Gift Card after purchase? Can it be redeemed for cash?

E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law. If a product purchased with an E-Gift Card is refunded, the refund amount will be credited back to the card balance.

Recharging an E-Gift Card is not supported.


11. What if I forget my E-Gift Card number?

You will need to contact the purchaser of the E-Gift Card and ask them to reach out to customer service to retrieve the card number.

You can send gift cards to people residing in any country/region where GOELIA delivers. Users in all eligible delivery countries/regions can redeem the gift card. However, the default currency of the gift card is USD, and the amount charged will be calculated based on the real-time exchange rate between the local currency and USD.
